Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical individual to join our team as a Security / Fraud Analyst. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding company assets, preventing financial losses due to fraud, and ensuring the integrity of our business operations within the textile and apparel sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial controls, risk assessment, and data analysis techniques, complemented by an MBA/PGDM qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Monitor transactions and business activities for suspicious patterns and anomalies.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and report findings.
- Analyze data to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and potential risks to the company.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, IT) to gather information and support investigations.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of internal controls and policies related to security and fraud.
- Prepare regular reports on security incidents and fraud trends for management review.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud schemes and security threats relevant to the retail and textile industry.
- Support the implementation and use of fraud prevention tools and technologies.
