We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and calibration of the tool room, ensuring the smooth functioning of all associated equipment and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of precision tooling, quality control, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Train and supervise junior technicians on tool maintenance and operational procedures.

Oversee the daily operations of the tool room, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.

Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols within the tool room.

Maintain accurate inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts, and manage procurement as needed.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address tooling issues and support new product development.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure tools meet required specifications.
