Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/Design professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience and architectural design of our next-generation electrical products. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, contributing to the overall product strategy and innovation pipeline. This position is ideal for an individual with 1-5 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in the electrical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for new product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Analyze user feedback and product performance data to iterate and improve existing designs.
- Explore and propose innovative design solutions that leverage emerging technologies in the electrical equipment domain.
- Participate in architectural discussions, ensuring user-centricity is integrated into the foundational design of our systems.
