Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new vendors, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Maintain accurate vendor records and contracts.

Facilitate communication between hotel operations and vendors, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service levels and contract terms.

Support in the negotiation of terms and pricing with vendors, under guidance.

Assist in preparing reports on vendor spending, performance, and market trends.

Ensure timely payments to vendors by coordinating with the finance department.

Contribute to identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in vendor management.
