Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compensation & Benefits - Other specialist. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong aptitude for numbers and a desire to learn about employee compensation and benefits within the dynamic import and export sector. You will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks related to compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident fund, and gratuity.
Support the processing of payroll and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Help maintain employee records and databases related to compensation and benefits.
Respond to basic employee queries regarding their pay, benefits, and HR policies.
Assist in gathering data for compensation surveys and benchmarking exercises.
Generate standard reports on HR metrics related to compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of HR operations.
Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
