We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for sourcing and attracting top IT talent to support our growing operations within the Import & Export sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (BBA/BBM).

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit IT professionals for various roles across the organization, focusing on technical skills and cultural fit.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and experience.

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment updates.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
