We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts for our Telecom/ISP division in Mangalore. This role is crucial in attracting and onboarding top talent to support our growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of the pharmaceutical sector (M.Pharma) to bring a unique analytical and process-driven approach to recruitment, ensuring we attract individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a scientific mindset, which are transferable to the complex technical environment of the telecom industry. You will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategy, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for technical, operational, and leadership roles within the Telecom/ISP sector.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and define precise job requirements.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize hiring processes. Your M.Pharma background will be valuable in analyzing recruitment data and identifying patterns.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position Airtel as an employer of choice.
- Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent sourcing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a data-driven and process-oriented approach to recruitment, drawing parallels from the rigorous standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members.
