We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Employer / Employee Branding Intern. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to gain hands-on experience in shaping our company's image as an employer of choice. You will assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance our internal and external employer brand, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the HR team in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives.

Assist in creating engaging content for internal communications and external career pages.

Help organize and promote employee engagement activities and events.

Conduct research on industry best practices for employer branding.

Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling related to employer branding.

Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback on employee experience.
