You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding blue-collar talent, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and local community outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist with the onboarding process, including documentation and pre-employment checks.

Collaborate with the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
