Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeller with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our innovative team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality 3D models for various logistics and operational visualization needs. You will work closely with design and operations teams to translate concepts into detailed and accurate 3D representations, enhancing our understanding of complex logistical processes, warehouse layouts, and delivery vehicle designs. This position requires a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling software and a keen eye for detail, suitable for someone with 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of logistics infrastructure, including warehouses, sorting centers, and delivery hubs.
- Create 3D visualizations of operational workflows, material handling equipment, and fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and operations managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
- Optimize 3D models for performance and usability in various applications, such as simulations, VR/AR experiences, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in scale, proportion, and detail across all 3D assets.
- Prepare and present 3D models and visualizations to stakeholders, clearly communicating design intent and technical aspects.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D modeling techniques, software, and industry trends.
