Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Aerospace Engineer with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-6 years of experience who can leverage their design thinking and engineering acumen to contribute to cutting-edge projects within the metals and mining sector, specifically focusing on applications and material science relevant to aerospace. You will be instrumental in translating complex engineering challenges into elegant design solutions, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability of aerospace-grade materials and components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including metallurgists, materials scientists, and manufacturing engineers to develop and refine aerospace material specifications and product designs.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to create detailed 3D models, simulations, and prototypes for aerospace components and systems.
- Conduct design reviews, analyze performance data, and implement design improvements to meet stringent aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100).
- Research and evaluate new materials, manufacturing processes, and technologies that can enhance the performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness of aerospace applications.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and development of innovative solutions for challenges in aerospace material sourcing, processing, and application within the mining and metals industry.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
