We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic finance team in Jaipur. This role is crucial in managing the company's liquidity, financial risks, and banking relationships to support our growth in the BPM sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash positions.
- Support in developing and implementing treasury strategies to mitigate financial risks such as interest rate and foreign exchange exposure.
- Manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.
- Assist in investment and debt management activities.
