Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience and a B.A. degree to join our After Sales Service & Repair team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective post-sales support, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic components and consumer products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers related to electronic components and consumer products.

Perform repairs and maintenance on returned products according to company standards and procedures.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues, provide updates, and explain repair processes.

Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements.

Ensure timely completion of service requests and adherence to service level agreements.

Stay updated with product knowledge and service techniques.
