Back Office Operations role (3-5 Yrs) in Import & Export

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Back Office Operations professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our import and export operations, supporting various administrative and logistical tasks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all documentation related to import and export shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, shipments, and inventory.
- Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in resolving any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import/export process.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import and export regulations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the operations department, including data entry and filing.
