Airport Operations Manager

As an Airport Operations Manager at our Vadodara facility, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our airport-related logistics operations, ensuring seamless import and export processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a proven ability to manage complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times for air cargo handling.
- Manage day-to-day airport operations, including cargo acceptance, processing, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, customs authorities, ground handling agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the management of warehouse facilities at the airport, including inventory control, space utilization, and security.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Manage a team of operational staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and budget adherence for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
