Cashier (Full-Time) | Surat

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cashier with a strong academic background to join our finance team in Surat. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth transactional operations within our manufacturing and production facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and 2-3 years of relevant experience, bringing a unique perspective to financial management and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all daily cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers.

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, using various payment methods.

Reconcile cash discrepancies and investigate any variances.

Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as needed.

Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling.

Utilize advanced analytical skills to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for process improvement.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
