Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual with a BBA/BBM degree and 2-4 years of experience in banking operations to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role will involve supporting various operational functions within our fast-paced urban transport organization, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile various financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support the banking team with daily operational tasks and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external banks to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Manage and track financial data for operational projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of banking processes and workflows.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into financial systems.
