Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bariatric Surgeon to join our healthcare team in Surat. This role is ideal for a professional with a Diploma in a relevant medical field and 1-4 years of experience, looking to contribute to a growing healthcare infrastructure. You will be responsible for performing bariatric surgeries, managing patient care before and after procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and patient consultations.
- Perform various bariatric surgical procedures, including gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and gastric banding.
- Develop and implement post-operative care plans.
- Monitor patient recovery progress and manage complications.
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with dietitians, endocrinologists, and other specialists.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in bariatric surgery.
