We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate looking to apply their analytical skills to the dynamic events and live entertainment industry. You will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to event performance, audience behavior, and market dynamics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Assist in the design and implementation of data collection strategies and data quality checks.
Contribute to the development of predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future trends.
Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
