Job Description

Role Summary: TASL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Architect with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to enter the complex world of aviation hardware design and development. You will support senior architects in designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems for our advanced aviation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and contribute to India's aerospace and defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of hardware architectures for aviation systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

Contribute to the creation of hardware specifications, schematics, and documentation.

Support hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to ensure hardware requirements are met.

Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on hardware designs.

Learn and apply industry best practices in hardware design and project management.

Assist in the procurement and management of hardware components and resources.
