Immediate Hire: Network (Support) Engineer (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Network (Support) Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our corporate network environment, ensuring high availability and performance to support our pharmaceutical operations. This role requires a strong understanding of networking principles and hands-on experience with network devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues, proactively implementing solutions to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, latency, and other performance bottlenecks.
- Manage IP addressing schemes, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including VPNs and access control lists.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry best practices.
