Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Hardware professional with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting and maintaining various hardware systems critical to our petrochemical operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware components, troubleshooting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of hardware components, including servers, workstations, network devices, and specialized industrial hardware.
- Perform regular hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor hardware performance and implement upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new hardware solutions and support ongoing projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of hardware configurations, inventory, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hardware standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related issues.
