Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Programmer / Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, system analysis, and troubleshooting complex network issues within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues, security breaches, and performance degradation.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Implement and manage network security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into network solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Participate in on-call rotation for network support and incident response.
