Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager / Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to join our IT team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our computer networks. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and a commitment to ensuring network security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
