We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Reliability Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic IT Services & Consulting team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring the robustness and longevity of our hardware infrastructure, contributing to the seamless delivery of services to our global clients. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of hardware operations and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of hardware reliability testing plans and procedures.

Monitor hardware performance and identify potential failure points through data analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to understand hardware requirements and address reliability concerns.

Document test results, failure analysis, and recommendations for improvement.

Support the investigation of hardware failures and contribute to root cause analysis.

Maintain and update reliability databases and documentation.

Assist in the procurement process for hardware components, considering reliability factors.

Gain an understanding of business impact related to hardware failures and downtime.
