We are seeking a diligent and experienced Verification Team Lead to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in verification processes and a B.Sc degree, with 3-4 years of relevant experience. You will lead a team of verification engineers, ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Identify, analyze, and document software defects, and track them through resolution.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely bug fixes and product improvements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and methodologies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
