Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Engineering Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Sc. degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing hardware development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and contributing to the design and implementation of robust hardware solutions that support our clinical research operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow their leadership and technical skills within a fast-paced CRO environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of hardware engineering projects, from conception to deployment.
- Support the design, development, and testing of custom hardware components and systems for clinical trial equipment and data acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs, to define hardware requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing research activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware designs, test procedures, and validation reports.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware vendors and components.
- Stay updated on the latest hardware engineering trends and technologies relevant to the clinical research industry.
- Contribute to process improvements within the hardware engineering function.
