Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand process challenges.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training employees on new or improved processes and quality standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on process analysis, findings, and recommendations.
