Career Opportunity: Accounts Payable Manager (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our finance team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper coding and authorization.

Manage the three-way matching process (purchase order, goods receipt note, invoice) for all incoming invoices.

Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all AP-related documents.

Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounts payable function.
