Career Opportunity: EHS Officer (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified EHS Officer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices within our TV and radio broadcasting operations. This role requires a strong understanding of EHS principles and a proactive approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to the broadcasting industry.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain EHS records, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance documentation.
- Advise management on EHS risks and best practices relevant to broadcasting operations, including radiation safety and studio environmental controls.
- Develop and execute emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external agencies on EHS matters.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on current EHS legislation and industry trends.
