Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong business acumen, honed through a BBA/BBM degree, who are passionate about leveraging data to drive educational innovation and improve learning outcomes. You will be instrumental in developing and deploying end-to-end data science solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model building, deployment, and monitoring, across various product and business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, business analysts) to identify data-driven opportunities and translate business requirements into actionable data science projects.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for tasks such as personalization, recommendation systems, student performance prediction, and content optimization.
- Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and feature engineering on large, complex datasets sourced from diverse educational platforms.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.
- Develop and implement A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of data science initiatives.
- Visualize and communicate complex analytical findings and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies, and apply them to solve business problems.
- Contribute to the development of data strategy and best practices within the organization.
