Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Guwahati. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identification of tenders to bid submission and post-award follow-up, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. This role is crucial for securing new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant government and private tenders in the pharmaceutical sector.

Analyze tender documents to understand eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Prepare and compile all necessary documents, including technical bids, commercial bids, and supporting credentials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Finance) to gather required information and approvals.

Ensure timely submission of bids before the stipulated deadlines.

Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, their status, and outcomes.

Follow up on submitted bids and address any queries or clarifications required by the tendering authority.

Stay updated on changes in tender policies, regulations, and market trends.

Assist in post-award activities, including contract finalization and order processing.
