Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our Treasury team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have a strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and equity trading principles. This role will be instrumental in optimizing cash flow, managing financial risks, and contributing to strategic financial decisions within our Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage daily cash positions, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.

- Execute short-term investment and borrowing strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize financing costs.

- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform liquidity forecasts and investment decisions.

- Support the equity trading desk by conducting research, analyzing market data, and assisting in trade execution.

- Prepare regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

- Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures.
