Chemical Engineer (Refining)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer with a postgraduate degree to join our refining operations in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in chemical processes, with a focus on refining techniques relevant to the precious metals industry. You will be responsible for optimizing refining processes, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the chemical refining processes for precious metals (gold, silver, platinum group metals).
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and purity of refined metals.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to the refining process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage inventory of chemicals and consumables required for the refining operations.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain detailed records of process data, production output, and quality control results.
