Civil Servant

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and legally astute Civil Servant to join our esteemed organization in Delhi. This position requires 4-6 years of experience and an LLB degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret all new and existing government policies, laws, and regulations affecting the company's business in India.
- Liaise with government agencies, ministries, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the company.
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company's adherence to all legal and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to government authorities.
- Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and other official engagements with government officials.
- Conduct risk assessments related to regulatory changes and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of political and economic developments that may impact the company's operations.
