Content Publisher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Publisher with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and publishing engaging and accurate content across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with our strategic objectives in the banking sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content management expertise, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content publishing strategy aligned with the bank's marketing and communication goals.
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from creation and editing to scheduling and publishing across the company website, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, grammatically correct, adheres to brand guidelines, and complies with regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization and future content development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital content formats to inform content strategy.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all published materials.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.
- Train and guide junior team members on content publishing best practices.
