Role Summary:
FACT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Webmaster with 0-1 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to manage and maintain its official website and related digital platforms. The Webmaster will be responsible for ensuring the website's functionality, performance, and security, and will play a key role in updating and presenting company information effectively to stakeholders, including farmers, investors, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Update website content, including news, product information, financial reports, and corporate communications, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Implement and manage website analytics to track traffic, user behavior, and generate reports for management.
- Ensure website security by implementing best practices and staying updated on potential threats.
- Assist in the design and development of new web pages and features, collaborating with internal teams.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
- Manage website backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to website access and functionality.
- Maintain website documentation and adhere to company policies and branding guidelines.
