Critical Care Physician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Critical Care Physician with a unique background in B.Des to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to contribute to the innovative design and execution of clinical trials within the critical care domain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and the successful completion of research studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical monitors, study coordinators, and data managers, to design and implement clinical trial protocols in critical care settings.
- Apply principles of human-centered design and user experience to optimize trial procedures, patient recruitment strategies, and data collection methods.
- Analyze and interpret complex clinical data, identifying trends and potential issues, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of study-specific training materials and patient-facing communications, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Participate in site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, providing expert clinical input and ensuring adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in critical care medicine and clinical research methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and scientific publications.
