Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive online martial arts lesson plans, adapting them for a virtual learning environment.
- Conduct live online training sessions, ensuring student engagement and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students.
- Develop and curate digital content, including video demonstrations and instructional materials.
- Maintain a safe and encouraging online learning space.
- Track student progress and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with curriculum development teams to enhance existing programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in martial arts instruction and online education.
