Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a positive and engaging musical environment within the workplace.

Collaborate with the HR and Administration teams to integrate music into employee wellness programs.

Manage music resources, including instruments and audio equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained.

Utilize MBA/PGDM knowledge to strategize and implement music-based initiatives that align with company objectives.

Assess employee engagement and feedback related to musical activities and make necessary adjustments.
