CSR Coordinator/Associate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized CSR Coordinator/Associate to join our team in Guwahati. This role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This position is suitable for individuals with 4-6 years of experience who do not require a post-graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of CSR projects aligned with company goals and values.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (NGOs, community leaders, government agencies) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on CSR activities and their impact.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Organize and facilitate community outreach programs, events, and workshops.
- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for potential new CSR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all CSR activities.
- Support in communication and awareness campaigns for CSR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations and reporting requirements in India.
