Investment Banking Analyst - Internet Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a driven and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts degree, eager to contribute to impactful financial transactions within the internet sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers, conducting in-depth market research, and developing financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive industry and company-specific research to identify investment opportunities and assess market trends within the internet sector.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, DCF, LBO, and M&A models.

- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.

- Assist in the execution of transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and closing processes.

- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development efforts.

- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations.
