Immediate Hire: Insurance Operations Executive (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of insurance-related operations within our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance policies, claims management, and administrative processes, coupled with an MBA/PGDM degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process all insurance documentation related to ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Liaise with insurance providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate policy renewals and endorsements.

Assist in the claims management process, including initial reporting, documentation, and follow-up with relevant parties.

Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, premiums, and claims.

Support the finance department in reconciliation of insurance-related invoices and payments.

Prepare reports on insurance coverage, claims status, and operational efficiency for management review.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all insurance operations.
