CSR Head

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Head to lead and implement our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across India. This role is crucial in driving our commitment to community development, environmental sustainability, and ethical business practices. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to identify and execute impactful programs, particularly those related to health, well-being, and community upliftment, aligning with Decathlon's mission. This position requires 4-6 years of experience in CSR or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with company goals and Indian regulatory requirements.

Identify, propose, and manage impactful CSR projects focusing on health, education, environmental conservation, and community empowerment.

Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to design and oversee health and wellness-focused initiatives for underserved communities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, government bodies, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

Manage CSR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and transparent financial reporting.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, preparing regular reports on progress and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR legislation and reporting standards in India.

Promote employee engagement in CSR activities and foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability.
