The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM background and 3-5 years of experience to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operational activities of the assigned department or floor, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
