Distribution Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Supervisor with an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the distribution channels for our investment banking products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills to drive business growth and ensure efficient market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to expand market reach for investment banking products.
- Manage relationships with key intermediaries, channel partners, and institutional investors.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align distribution efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies governing distribution activities.
- Train and mentor junior team members on distribution best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify new distribution opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare regular reports on distribution activities and performance for senior management.
