Duty Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of our facilities in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Com background and 4-6 years of experience to manage resources, coordinate teams, and maintain high standards of service and safety. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations within our real estate and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities within the assigned facility or project.
*   Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
*   Coordinate with various departments, including maintenance, security, and administration, to ensure smooth workflow.
*   Manage staff schedules, allocate tasks, and provide guidance and supervision to team members.
*   Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
*   Monitor resource allocation and utilization, including budgets and inventory, to optimize efficiency.
*   Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
*   Implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices.
*   Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
*   Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
*   Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
