Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Management professional to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.

Advise management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India.

Conduct employee relations training for managers and employees.

Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and recommend preventive measures.

Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and outcomes.
