Engagement Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive project success within the biotechnology sector. This role requires a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 5-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
