Engineering Services Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Services Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our engineering services department in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership qualities, and a proven track record in managing technical teams and projects within the BFSI sector. This role requires a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of various engineering systems and equipment within the bank's facilities.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance service quality and reduce downtime.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for engineering-related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their engineering needs and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in engineering services relevant to the BFSI industry.
